Meet our Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors are a diverse group of professionals and advocates from business, coaching, health, digital innovation, and creative industries, each bringing personal experience of perimenopause or menopause. They provide insight, feedback, and guidance that ensures MenoVida is practical, user-centred, and reflective of real-world needs.
While they do not serve on the Health Advisory Board, their perspectives directly inform product features, educational content, and community engagement, helping the app better support women through the menopausal transition.
The programme is growing: we are actively adding more Ambassadors to ensure the group reflects the diversity of the women we aim to serve. This is being built thoughtfully over time to create a well-rounded, representative community.
This programme celebrates lived experience as a vital part of innovation, empowering women to understand their journey and make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.
